💼 role: senior developer – tech field solution overview: as a senior developer at tech field solution, you are responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and digital solutions for both domestic and international clients. you play a key role in transforming business requirements into robust, high-performing products using modern technologies. key responsibilities: full-stack development: develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using technologies such as next.js, react, node.js, express, mongodb, and supabase. architecture & system design: plan and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures, integrating apis, microservices, and third-party tools (e.g., stripe, paypal, firebase, azure). project leadership: supervise a small team of developers, review code, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations. database & backend management: design optimized schemas, implement rls (row level security), handle real-time updates, and manage both mongodb atlas and supabase databases effectively. real-time & event-driven features: implement real-time chat, notifications, and bid systems using websockets and supabase realtime. devops & deployment: manage server setup, environment variables, and deployment using pm2, nginx, azure, and vps environments for continuous integration and uptime monitoring. cross-functional collaboration: work closely with ui/ux designers, qa testers, and project managers to deliver smooth, user-centric applications. mentorship & code quality: provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain best practices for performance and security.
